100 Trappsteg – 100 Stairs to go

    Jenny Akervall and Mattias Sunneborn – role models of Masters Athletics – started last year with a  new approach to fitness and well-being.
    Their initiative is simple but very effective:
    Use the stairs when going up – ignore the elevator! 100 stairs per day keeps you healthy and fit. 
    Just have a look at the promotion on YouTube and join the movement.
