EMA is excited to announce the launch of the Off-Road Running Circuit, a new initiative designed for mountain running enthusiasts. This project fulfills a promise made by the new Council and responds to the increasing demand for off-road events, including uphill races, vertical challenges, mountain running, and trail running.
This expansion goes beyond track events, where EMA has already introduced the first official edition of the EMA League this year. It opens up new opportunities for competitive challenges, providing a platform to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and explore breathtaking new locations and landscapes.
The project will feature an experimental edition in 2025, with five or six events, many of which will be integrated into existing competitions.
As with track events, EMA will handle the coordination, event promotion, location management, and the development of regulations and overall rankings.
