 | EMA Council elected Arne Sæther form the Norwegian Athletics Masters on their last council meeting 2016 in Lausanne for the Torsten Carlius Fair Play Award. Sæther, born 1931, started with athletics in 1946 at the age of 15. For many years in his life, he had been one of the driving forces in the athletic Club in Heggedal IL west of Norways capital Oslo.
