Franz Kropik reported a great participation at the Austrian Masters
Athletics Championships in Linz (AUT). About 350 athletes from 15
nations competed. There were over 800 starts at the event. The athletes
had been happy that such an event could be carried out again after the
long Covid crisis. Great weather contributed to excellent performances.
Marianne Maier, won 6 gold medals in W75 and Herman Adcrics improved his
own M90 European record in the pole vault by one cm to 1.63.
