single. For me it was unforgettable to be world champion in decathlon in Tampere, as well as European champion in Braga in pentathlon, since 2022
I was a professional handball player and started practicing athletics at the age of 34 and I hope to continue enjoying this beautiful world of master athletics, with meeting “crazy” people with the same passion as me, and sharing experiences and trips, too.
My secret is to try to be a little better every day, having the illusion of a small child and the discipline of a professional… and a bit of luck!
