World (WBM) and European (EBM) best Masters athletes give insights into their personal handling of the covid-19 pandemic.
Carmelo Rado (M85) ITA – Men’s #1 Throws WMB & EMB: „Talking about Masters athletes, I remember that most of them were athletes in the past and that a good percentage of them are, or have been P.E. teachers, coaches, physiotherapists, etc., therefore with a lot of humbleness, I would like to show how I train at home.”
Carmelo Rado set two AGE Group World Records, Discus (35.92m) and Throws Pentathlon (5193) in 2019 at the European Masters Athletics Championships in Venice (Italy). He also won a gold medal in the Hammer at these championships.
