The throwers include power and technique in their specialty but also a very high concentration. Concentration which is required at the highest level from flight artists, jumpers and multipliers who, with their titanic effort, cannot lose their concentration for a moment.
Throws Women – Evaun Williams – W85 – GB&N.I. Shot Put, Weight Throw, Hammer Throw Gold Medal and World and European record in Emacs and won the javelin gold medal in the throws pentathlon.
Throws Men – Arild Busterud – M75 – NOR: Norway’s Arild Busterud won five throwing gold, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Weight Throw
Jumps Women – Renata Novosel – W55 – CRO: European Outdoor Championship and World and European records
Jumps Men – Wolfgang Ritte – M70 – GER: World and European record indoor and outdorr, Gold Medal in Wmaci indoor Championship and Emasc Championship
Combined Events Women – Tatjana Schilling – W50 – GER: World and European record and Gold medal in Emacs Championship
Combined Events Men – Oscar Gonzalez – M45 – ESP: Gold medal in Wmaci Championship
