Athletes from outside Europe are invited to participate in European Masters Athletics Championships.
They can enter in different events but are not participating in the official sprint finals of EMAC. They will have a separate international final.
In throwing events they can continue after the first three attempts – when among the best. But there are always 8 Europeans in the final round – the foreign athlete will be added.
The medal ceremony is always for the Europeans, added with the guest athlete, when better than the three best Europeans.
