EMACS 2023 Pescara – Greetings from the Authorities

In the beautiful Piazza Salotto in Pescara there was a great inauguration party for the Championships and the representatives of the various participating nations paraded. The event began with the greetings of the Authorities starting from our EMA President Valentina Fedjuschina, with the speech of the President of FIDAL (Italian Athletics Federation) Stefano Mei, the Representative of the Loc Pietro Nardone, the Mayor of the city of Pescara Carlo Masci and his fellow mayors of Montesilvano, Ottavio De Martinis and of Francavilla al Mare Luisa Russo. The athletes’ oath was read by Giovanni De Benedictis, Italian world and Olympic race walker.
