The inspection visit was scheduled that early to work on the duties and to create terms for best conditions and great championships.
LOC will open the entries at the end of October to make sure that athletes and visitors profit of the fixed accommodation prices prepared by the LOC.
All venues are in excellent conditions and SIGMA team is happy to work under best data processing conditions as well.
“We are expecting 4000 competitors for the stadia events and 1000 for the 1/2 Marathon with a marvelous course around the city of Aarhus,” coordinator and General Manager Mikkel Larson pointed out during the meeting.
Finn Lyck- representative of the city – made clear that the city is standing behind do the LOC team and will guarantee the best circumstances for visitors and athletes. “Aarhus intention is to present a city with an ecological intention. Short distances to venues, bicycles for use and a shuttle service connecting the two stadiums. People will love our city. It is a young and dynamic city with old traditions and an intention on its future.”
