It’s official: the new course of the Nicolosi 2025 Vertical Run has been approved by EMA and LOC, promising a unique and unforgettable experience for all mountain running enthusiasts.
📍The details of the route: Difference in altitude: 1010 metres
Distance: 4.5 km
Final altitude: 2920 meters you will therefore arrive very close to the main crater of Etna. A technical, challenging and incredibly evocative route, which will test the most expert athletes and offer unforgettable views along every step.
🎯 Logistics and services:
- The LOC has organized comprehensive support to ensure participants and spectators have a flawless experience: free shuttles from departure and return,
- the four wheel drive car plus cableway from the finish to the start: free for athletes and discounted for spectators.
- Possibility of descending on foot to totally immerse yourself in the spectacular atmosphere of the volcano, even just for a stretch.
