With the EMA site visit the countdown for the Pescara 2023 EMACS has officially begun, and the date officially revealed: from 21st September to 1st of October 2023.
The EMA Delegation (President Walentina Fedjuschina, Executive VP Francesco De Feo, VP Competition Giovanni Tracanelli and the Technical Delegate Janusz Krynicki) was welcomed by the president of FIDAL Stefano Mei and by the federal councilors Carlo Cantales and Gianfranco Lucchi.
During the official meeting at the Pescara Town Hall, the President of the Abruzzo regional council Lorenzo Sospiri, the Mayor Carlo Masci and the sports councilor Patrizia Martelli, confirming the support of the local authorities for the event, recalled the sporting vocation of the city and the territory.
After the protocol ceremony, the EMA Delegation attended a technical meeting and a first site visit to the venues and to the facilities, together with the Fidal Abruzzo President Massimo Pompei and the LOC President Pietro Nardone.
All united by the same goal: to work together for the success of the event and to offer the best possible sport and tourist experience to thousands of Masters athletes.
