With a parade of the Delegations representing the 20 Countries who entered the event, the Funchal 2023 championship are officially open. The President of EMA Walentina Fedjuschina and the Mayor of Funchal Pedro Calado addressed their wishes to the athletes and underlined the importance of the union between sport, friendship and tourism.
