 | We received the very sad news of our friend and role model Horst SEIFERT who passed away on August 10th this year. He had lived his 87 years with passion for the sport. One of his highlights in life were the 18th EVACS 2012 in Zittau, Bogatynia, and Hádek nad Nisou – three countries together – and he managed this event as President of the LOC. Horst SEIFERT was honoured during the EVACI 2013 in San Sebastian with the Torsten Carlius Fairplay Award for his liftime passion for athletics.
