Call for Bids: Host the 2027 EMA League & 2027 Mountain/Trail Running Circuits!
EMA is the governing body for the European Masters Athletics, which encompasses track and field (outdoor and indoor), race walking, cross-country, mountain/trail running, and road running.
For 2027 European Masters Athletics (EMA) will offer all Masters:
- the third edition of the EMA League, a circuit of indoor and outdoor Track & Field meetings dedicated to Master athletes
- the second edition of the EMA Mountain and Trail running circuit
Both Circuits aims to:
- Provide optimal conditions for achieving outstanding performances;
- Offer increased competition opportunities in a stimulating environment;
- Foster interaction and friendship among athletes;
- Encourage diverse participation throughout the season;
- Promote cultural exchange and diversity among participants.
The organizational focus is on ensuring efficient, well-structured events that allow participants to perform at their best.
European Masters Athletics invites Member Federations, Local Organizing Committees, Athletics Clubs and Host Cities to express their interest in hosting one stage of the 2027 EMA League or the 2027 EMA Mountain & Trail Running Circuits.
Interested parties can submit their manifestation of interest, along with the completed required documents, no later than 19 October 2026 – 23:59 CET.
