We are delighted to share two major updates on our journey toward the 21st European Masters Athletics Championships Non-Stadia (EMACNS) Galway 2028.
Today, we proudly unveil the official event logo—designed to reflect Galway’s vibrant culture and welcoming community spirit—along with the official event dates: May 2028 in Galway, Ireland (Wild Atlantic Way)
From 18 to 21 May 2028, Galway will welcome over 1,000 master athletes and thousands of supporters from across Europe and beyond for four days of events and world-class competition, featuring:
- Road Racing (10k & Half Marathon)
- Cross-Country Relays
- Nordic Walking
- Road Race Walk (10k & 20k)
Whether you are competing for a European title or cheering on the athletes against the backdrop of Ireland’s stunning west coast, we look forward to making this an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
In partnership with European Masters Athletics, the Irish Masters Athletics Association, and Galway City Council, we cannot wait to showcase top-tier athletics on the Wild Atlantic Way.
