    Swedish Masters Athletics Championships Indoor 2021(IVSM)

    Håkan Eriksson set a M60 indoor 3.000-meter world record of 9:40.12

    Barbro Bobäck clocked a new W75 indoor 200-meter dash European record crossing the line in 35.36

    Henrik Astfors, Head of Office, Västerås FK: “After about 970 starts, 227 newly crowned Swedish champions, 1 world record, 1 European record and 8 Swedish records, we close the doors to IVSM 2021 in Västerås. We are happy to look back on a successful event. Many athletes were happy to be back and be able to compete again after the pandemic. The host city Västerås will now evaluate and analyze the championship and arrange an even bigger and better one in March 2022 when IVSM returns to the city.”
