Registrations are now open and can be done directly. We invite all interested parties to register by the deadline of 14 January 2025, 11.59 p.m., and remember that you need to be affiliated with the Federation of your country. Logistics
We provide you with a short series of useful information on transport, accommodation and services in Tartu.
- How to get there: Plane: Tartu Airport (TAY) with direct connections from several European cities. For those who prefer more extensive options, Tallinn International Airport offers frequent shuttles to Tartu (approximately 2.5 hours travel time).
- Train and bus: Direct and frequent connections to Tallinn and other Baltic cities.
- Accommodations: For the competition period 17.-19.01.2025, „Tartu Hotell“ can offer agreement prices for accommodation based on the password “TARTU KEVEK” as follows: Standard Single 57.00 EUR/room/night Standard Twin 65.00 EUR/room/night for one, EUR 71.00/room/night for two, Superior Single 76.00 EUR/room/night, Superior Twin 90.00 EUR/room/night The price includes a buffet breakfast, free parking in front of and behind the hotel if there are free spaces, wireless internet in the hotel room, a morning sauna in the hotel’s sauna center and a gym pass. Swimwear is required to visit the sauna center. Reservations can be made according to the availability of free rooms based on an agreed keyword through the hotel website or by writing/calling the hotel reception (sales@tartuhotell.ee/+372 7 314 300). Negotiated prices cannot be applied to reservations made through intermediaries (Booking.com, etc.).
