| Madrid will host the European Masters Athletics Indoor Championship from 19th up to 24th of March 2018. During the visit were checked technical condition in the Indoor Arena of Pallur and the stadium of Aluche which will be organized outdoor sports athletics events competitions. The Local Organizing Committee foresee that in EMACI, which was planned for 19th up to 24th of March 2018 will participate about 4000 athletes and also during the whole period will arrive thousand tourists to Madrid
After the Technical visit to the venues for EMACI Madrid 2018, the organization – the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation, the Municipality of Madrid, and Madrid Athletics Federation and European Masters Athletics can say that Madrid is ready to start.
