September 10th – the day of the 10k race-walking.
A well prepared course of the LOC just in front of the main stadium invited many spectators to follow the competition. For those who finished the laps on the road entered the stadium and had to walk another two laps on the track before they ended their race.
Good to see and enjoyable for the athletes who had some fresh air during the evening session.
