Each EMA Member Representative is called upon to submit proposals for
the nomination of the European Best Masters (Female/Male)to the EMA
General Secretary by November 15, 2019.
Proposals should also be made for the selection of the EMA Best Athletes
2019 (M/F) in the categories Sprints (60m 100m, 200m, 400m and hurdles),
Middle Distance (800m, 1500m, 3000m and Steeplechase), Long Distance
(5000m, 10000m, Cross Country, Half Marathon, Marathon, Ultra-Marathon,
Mountain Running), Throws (Shot put, Discus, Javelin, Hammer, Weight
Throw), Jumps (Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault), Combined
Events (Pentathlon, Decathlon, Heptathlon) and Race Walks (3000m, 5000m,
10k, 20k, 50K).
The awards will take place during the European Masters Championships
2020 (EMACI) in Braga.
