subject: EA EUROPEAN RUNNING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Dear All, we are receiving emails from several Masters athletes asking if the EA European Running
Championships that will be held next April 2025 in Brussels (and then in April 2027 in Belgrade) are a
Masters Non Stadia championship.
The answer is NO.
MFs enter their elite teams, while amateurs, masters -mass runners enter themselves, without any
federation involvement as in any other marathon.
European Athletics (EA), as foreseen in the championships regulation, provides a national ranking
linking elite and mass, but NOT age group medals in any form, individual or Teams
The location of the next EMA Non Stadia Championships (road running, road RW, NW) will be
announced by the end of November 2024.
