The city of Tartu, Estonia, was the perfect stage for the start of the EMA League 2025, an important project that promises to offer master athletes competitions dedicated to them through seven events throughout the year.
In the presence of the EMA President, Walentina Fedjuschina, the inaugural event represented much more than a simple sporting competition: it was a real tribute to masters athletics and the community that animates it.
The excellent organization ensured a memorable experience for all participants, thanks also to the great commitment of the Estonian organizing committee. The response from the athletes was extraordinary, with a large participation which enhanced the spirit of competition and friendship typical of masters competitions.
The day was enriched by moments of sport of the highest level, with performances that confirmed the value of master athletes and the importance of initiatives such as the EMA League. This first appointment has laid solid foundations for the next events, igniting the enthusiasm for a season that promises to be full of emotions and successes.
EMA thanks all the participants, the volunteers and organizers for making this extraordinary debut possible. The road towards the next meetings of the EMA League 2025 is now clear, and we are certain that Tartu’s enthusiasm will accompany every stage of this new adventure.
